On ethics in mathematics
A paper on ethics in mathematics, completed on November 19, 2021. One point: “mathematics is a way to create a kind of wealth that only increases when shared.” The title alludes to Collingwood’s notion of a criteriological science as one that studies the criteria that we use to judge what we ourselves do.
